Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (BRAZIL)
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. The standard domestic shipping cost is R$22.00, calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship to a number of international destinations. International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than domestic orders due to customs processing. The international shipping cost is R$97.00, calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
